Get 70-80 minutes with a trainer to practice the technical elements of running. The trainer will help you master the basic skills of running with emphasis on the correct position of the body, the work of the hands, and the placement of the foot. Technical training allows you to adjust your running technique and run faster with less effort. Correct technique is the key to a safe and comfortable run, we recommend that you regularly include this type of activity in your training plan.
